I received damaged/defective/incorrect product/s. What do I do now?

Unfortunately it happens and it was out of either of our hands. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not attempt to use or install the part, we can not stress this enough.

We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective product. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request. IndustriesFinest.com is not liable for shipping claims that are denied due to customer negligence that is why it is always best to contact immediately after receiving your package, if incorrect.

I bought a part super cheap from you for $15 and the order was refunded?!

We are human also and sometimes we make mistakes on pricing. If in case this ever happens, we will make sure we make it a win/win situation for everyone. Looking at prices all day will make you go cross eyed, sometimes.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust the price of any product sold through this website at any time. In the event that a product on the website is priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or from information received from our suppliers, IndustriesFinest.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will refund the payment immediately back to your credit card.

What warranties do you offer?

IndustriesFinest.com does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you recently purchased merchandise from us and are concerned with fitment or quality of the item, please contact us immediately. We can assist you in finding possible solutions for the issue. If we feel your product does have a defect, we will be your liaison with the manufacturer and help you get this issue resolved.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of their warranty coverage.

How do I cancel my order?

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please know that it takes time for a manufacturer to cancel an order.

If you need to cancel your order or a part, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed by the manufacturer, the order can be cancelled and the money will be refunded back to your card immediately. If an order is already being processed by the manufacturer or has already shipped, it will have to be processed as a full return. This may also include a restock fee depending on manufacturer policy. Regardless, we will take care of you!

I would like to refund/return my product, where do we start?

We will not hesitate to return or refund your order as long as it is within 30 days of the delivery date
Depending on the manufacturer/distributor a restock fee may be required. Normally it is a percentage of the cost of the product, ranging from 0% to 35%.
If the product is already with the shipping courier, please contact us immediately and decline the shipment if delivery is attempted. Otherwise, shipping cost for the product will be forfeited by you.
In the case of the product being in your possession, shipping cost from you to the manufacturer/distributor will be shouldered by you.
Once the manufacturer has received the product returned and approved with no damage and never been used/installed, then the refund will be processed immediately.

What is a Special Order Product/s?

Products that require a build time or a soon to be discontinued product:
If a product ordered is considered a “Special Order Product” this means that the manufacturer will not allow a return due to the customization or is considered a “final sale” product. We will gladly take it back but for a restock fee of 25% off the purchase price to help cover storage and costs for our team to resell the item.

Do you price match/beat prices found online?

We will beat the price to the best of our ability! That is our promise!

We are also consumers and are always on a hunt for the best deal. If you happen to find a price for a product that is better than what we show on our website, please contact us.

Currently, Industries’ Finest LLC is an authorized dealer for every product we carry and we are committed to maintaining the integrity of every brand we support.

How much is sales tax?

Industries Finest only charges sales tax on orders being delivered within California. If your order is shipped to any other state besides California, sales tax will not be charged. (May change in the near future due to “internet tax”)

Does IF have sponsorship’s?

Unfortunately, we do not sponsor because we do not manufacture products.

What we do for our people though, is have a VIP list.
If you register with us, we will give the best discount we can to beat the internet.

VIP consists of 2 tiers:
IF VIP 1st Tier Discount: Minimum of $1,000 spent in order history.
IF VIP 2nd Tier Discount: Minimum of $5,000 spent in order history.

What kind of payments do you accept?

IndustriesFinest.com prefers utilizing a third party payment gateway for protected and secured payments. This guarantees fast, easy, and secure credit card transactions. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

Due to the increase of fraudulent orders, we require the first order to be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. If you are purchasing as a gift for a person, please Contact Us so we can assist in getting your gift to the receiver in a timely manner.

We will ask for an image of your government issued I.D. and the front of your card ONLY. We use this information to verify with the bank and your information/images are destroyed. We DO NOT retain any information other than what is in “My Account”
